How to Donate Free Money to Our Campaign

Senator Smith has piled up something like a billion dollars in his campaign war chest.

Well, maybe not that much, but the amount of money this conservative imposter has amassed is a staggering feat for someone who - from the moment he first set foot in the U.S. Senate - has waged a relentless assault against the very Constitution he swore an oath to defend.

One thing is certain - Gordon Smith's attempt to conceal the magnitude of the havoc he has wreaked will cost him a bundle. And there may be no amount of money he can spend that will make us forget his complicity in waging a war of aggression against the people of Iraq - or his numerous votes to continue funding that nation-wrecking calamity.

For just a tiny fraction of the fortune he will squander, we can promote our message of "Life, Liberty, Limited Government" - and maybe have just a little bit of fun exposing this big-spending oath-breaker as nothing but a Democrat dressed up in a fancy Republican suit.

Speaking candidly, it is rather pointless to launch an expensive campaign effort against such a formidable financial fortress as the one Smith has built. Ours will be a campaign focused on the ideals and principals that founded this once great Republic. We will be using the Internet, our volunteers, as much free media as we can grab - and then it is up to the voters decide if they have had enough of Gordon Smith. The upside - this will eliminate the need for us to beg you for a lot of money. Your Oregon political tax credit would be plenty - which means your donation is free money.

Is it really Free Money?
Yes, that's right. For some inexplicable reason, the State of Oregon allows each taxpayer to donate up to fifty Federal Reserve Notes to any political campaign - and the state will give them all back to you at tax time. If you are a married couple you can give us one hundred of those increasingly worthless fiat notes - for free!

This means that if you give our campaign $50/$100 to help us get the message out, it won't cost you a dime, because the state will refund the entire $50/$100 back to you through the political tax credit.

If you do not give anybody this free money, the State of Oregon is going to keep it - and they already have enough. Heck, it's not even real money, so rather than letting the state blow your $50/$100 on some other silly program, please send it on to us - we promise to be more careful with it.
